  I really like this PetSmart all of the associates are very helpful and friendly. They have the typical products that all the PetSmarts have and the prices are much better than Petco. I'm grateful to have a PetSmart here in Roanoke.

  This PetSmart is a smaller version than the typical stores which means there's less variety. It's a good store for a quick stop to purchase basics. The floor staff that I've encountered seem uninspired. They'll help if you ask. The staff in the grooming department are friendly, helpful and really show their love for pets. Note: you have to pay for grooming at the main register so bring some cash if you want to tip your groomer. It's more convenient than paying and getting change from the cashier.
